If you order by 2pm Mon-Friday, we will send your parcel for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 2.00pm Friday, Weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. *  With a one hour delivery window specified by the courier. No deliveries take place on weekends (unless opted for a Saturday or Sunday delivery) or Bank Holidays. A signature is required. 

*Saturday Delivery Options

Costs £13.00  If you order by 2pm Friday, we can send your parcel by Courier for exclusive Saturday delivery. Please note a signature is required.

*Sunday Delivery Options

Costs £25.00  If you order by 2pm Friday, we can send your parcel by Courier for exclusive Sunday delivery. Please note a signature is required.

*Our One Hour Delivery Window

*If you provide your mobile number at the checkout our courier will provide you with a one hour delivery window (where available) so you don't have to wait in all day for your parcels.

  1. You are given a one hour delivery window
  2. You are notified of this by text or email
  3. If the delivery date is not convenient, you can use the text or email to change it

 

At our discretion, orders under £15 may be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

BFPO

We deliver to the UK, British Forces Post Office addresses and the Republic of Ireland. For international orders please call the office on 0115 9209057.

BFPO (British Forces Post Office) orders will be dispatched using Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

Our responsibility for delivering the parcel will end once the parcel has been signed for at the BFPO UK hub.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return the goods, please contact us to discuss the reason for this.  If your refund request is approved, you will be required to return the item(s) to NRGFUEL in original condition within 14 days of purchase for a replacement, exchange or refund.

If you receive your order and find that it has been damaged, is defective in any way or is not the item which you ordered, we will arrange a replacement or refund.  In the event of this occurring, please contact us on 0115 9209057 between 9.30am to 5.00pm (Mon – Fri) for return instructions. Please do not return an item without informing us and please ensure that all returned goods are clearly marked with your name and order details. Our return address is:

If returning an item to us which we are not liable to collect at our cost (for example if you ordered the wrong flavour etc.), we suggest that you retain proof of postage for your own records in the event of the item/s failing to reach us. Please note that we do not issue refunds if the product has been opened.

PLEASE NOTE: Returned products must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund:

1. The item must be in resalable condition, unsoiled and with no damage to the container, lid, seal or label.
2. The item must be unopened.
3. The item must be in the original packaging.
4. The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Other Information:

  • If you are not available to take delivery of your order, a card will be left notifying you of who to contact or where to collect your parcel from. ? Will attempt to deliver your parcel twice. If there is no response to the calling card within 24 hours, your order will be returned to us.

 

  • Please always check with   NRGFUEL or your local depot if you are expecting an order which is late, as the delivery company may have your order at the depot. Your order will be sent, once the relevant surcharge and an additional delivery charge have been paid.

 

  • In the event of a refusal, change of mind, ordered in error or doctors recommendation not to take, a surcharge (see below) will be deducted from your refund unless you have contacted NRGFUEL to cancel your order within the seven working days cooling off period.

 

  • You can cancel or amend any order placed with NRGFUEL, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. Please note we operate a fast dispatch system and items are usually sent out on the same day as the order is placed. To cancel your order please contact our Customer Services Team for free on

 

If your order has been dispatched you will have to wait until your order is delivered before you can cancel the order.
